Shabby Chic Wedding

ok....so as you might know (or you might not...I mean I don't assume that you might know my every move...tho you should...duh), I'm in the process of moving to Missouri.

Well we're here.  Husband just signed his job contracts yesterday so I guess at this point it's permanent.  However, we still aren't moved in so life is still moving at a hectic pace.  We are currently renovating a home that was damaged in the tornado so free time has been scarce.  *sigh*  Let's not even start talking about living out of a suitcase for the last month....I miss my shoes....

Anywho, I don't want to continue to put off the blogging till we are all settled in because that means I will have been post-less for MONTHS and that just will not do.  So I will continue to update my blog while we renovate and attempt to assimilate to Joplin life.  BUT we're looking at less talk-y talk-y and more pic-y pic-y...yes, I know you're crushed that you wont be subjected to the ramblings of the crazy cookie lady... (ok, you can stop the happy dance)

So here ya go, cookies done for a shabby chic wedding shower with no written explination or ramblings.

Well from here on anyway...

Till next time :)

  6. Oh my goodness. These are my favorite cookies I've seen online yet. I love everything about them! They'd be perfect for my shabby chic wedding next month ;)

I definitely feel your pain with the moving situation, though I doubt our renovations can compare to severe weather repairs! I've been moving my stuff in bits and pieces while planning our wedding, but the Big Move (tm) of my stuff will have to wait until sometime in November. I managed to live on just 5 pairs of shoes this summer, but I need my boots for fall!

Good luck with the house and the new city!

  17. These are too amazing for words, which works out, since you decided to leave out the written explanation!

  18. Stunning...I just don't know how you had time for all that lovely artwork while moving.

Sending best wishes to you as you settle into your new town. I love Missouri! My husband is from Cape Girardeau and we both are alums of SEMO.
