From The Vault: Mardi Gras

Sick.  I've been sick.  Deathly ill.  So the totally awesome Mardi Gras cookies I made this year, aren't yet ready for posting.  Mostly because I don't think snot is a very Mardi Gras kind of thing.  Doesn't fit with the theme.  Well, not for me anyway.  Different strokes for different folks....





So I thought I would at least wake from my crud induced coma to wish everyone a happy Mardi Gras, and post these cookies from last year.

And now I am going back to bed.  If I don't get better soon, the world may fall apart.  Such is the life of a MOM.  If I don't do it......well, it doesn't get done....

    fabulous. Feel better, my plague lasted 2 weeks, hopefully yours will be much less. lots of liquids and try not to do everything which is hard for the life of a mom!

    I was in awe of these the first time I saw them and never tire of looking at them. They are stunning. I'm sorr that you are so ill and hope that you are back on your feet and feeling much better soon.
